We all arrived at school really excited for the day!
Once we were all on the bus we traveled for 45 minutes to the gardens.
First we had morning tea,
After that we split into 2 groups. One group made gardens first and the other group learnt about plants and worms in the classroom. We then swapped over.
We started to get hungry. Luckily it was lunch time. We all had lunch together.
Refueled and ready to go we went off in small groups with our parent helpers to explore the gardens. We had so much fun.
Some of us were really tired from the busy day that we fell asleep on the way home.
We look forward to using some of what we learnt to grow our own plants.
